[SOLVED] Windows 8.1 update error. 0x80070246

Hi everyone,

I have Windows 8.1 and can't update. I tried all the dism commands and sfc commands, but i get stuck because gives me error 582, about an illegal character

SFCfix.exe get stuck too, and gives me the error 582.

I saw in other posts that the problem may live in the COMPONENTS file, so, i'm attaching the file:
