windows 8.1 update and store app not working

I have purchased SONY VPCL148FG in early 2011 with touch screen.

1. It came with windows 7 home Premium
2. I to windows 8 on line
3. Then upgraded to 8.1 pro online.
4. Since then my windows update not working with error code 80072f8f
5. Store App also not working with error code 0x80072f8f
6. I have tried all the online as well windows inbuilt remedy available like powell, recovery, delete user , create new user, various booting,
7. Lastly I tried your shown process also
