windows 8.1 update and store app not working

I have purchased SONY VPCL148FG in early 2011 with touch screen.

It came with windows 7 home Premium
I to windows 8 on line
Then upgraded to 8.1 pro online.
Since then my windows update not working with error code 80072f8f
Store App also not working with error code 0x80072f8f
I have tried all the online as well windows inbuilt remedy available like powell, recovery, delete user , create new user, various booting,
Lastly I tried your shown process also

Result is attached here with see if you can resolve this issue.
