What does this mean and how to repair my PC?

I got the following a runtime errors on my Windows 8.1 laptop:

runtime error 217 at 03653BFB
runtime error 217 at 036B3BFB
runtime error 217 at 036F3BFB

I then ran sfc /scannow.

When finished I got the below report from scannow.

C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow
Verification 100% complete.
Windows Reource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not supported in offline servicing scenarios.
C:\Windows\system32>

There are a bunch of log files in the Windows/CBS folder, can/should I delete the old ones and run SFC again to upload the most recent one for you?

Okay, got all that done, said it repaired errors.
I then ran the SFCFix utility and it found no errors.
Do you still want me to upload my CBS.Zip file?

The Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth said errors repaired.

I then ran the SFCFix utility and it also found no errors.

What now? Am I good to go? Do you need the CBS.zip file?

here they are

I have to run out now, be back later this evening . . . see you then. And THANKS!!!

Uh oh . . . cubeupload will not take the zip file . . . . I've got to run now. Will have to get back to you when I figure out what to do next. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your time and help!

I'm back, had to run over and help my neighbor out, didn't get home till late.

I've never used google drive or MS OneDrive before, trying to figure out how to link them

see if this works . . . .

CBS.zip

SFC Scan

  1. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each

    sfc /scannow

Wait for this to finish before you continue

    copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  4. This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please attach this to your next post.

I was downloading a video with Internet Download Manager.

Hey, should I also run sfc /scannow on my desktops with windows 10 just in case, like preventative measures?

One other thing before you leave . . . this PC is an ASUS X550CA with a 500GB HDD.

It is setup like it came new to me. The HDD is divided into C:\ 250GB and D:\ Data 250GB.

I've never used D:\ but it has some old windows files on it. What forum should I post a question about deleting D:\ so
I have more useable space?

If you don't need the files, format the drive.

Hello again, I'm back about my run time errors.

It happened again so I ran everything over again.

After SFCFix finished it gave me this message: Performed DISM repair on file Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB of version 6.3.9600.17415

What exactly is Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB and what does it do? Why would it keep getting corrupted?

The CNBJ2530.DPB is a known bug in Windows 8/8.1 and has nothing to do with your errors. It is nothing to worry about.

As for your errors, I'd try Windows 10.
