Hi, I have a Windows 8.1 upgraded from 8 that hangs when doing a simple search or creating a restore point etc etc. The CPU goes to 100% and and the pc desktop (Gateway) becomes unresponsive! Even in safe mode when searching for msconfig, the computer hangs. It also goes to 100% cpu usage left on it's own. The desktop doesn't have any viruses, has done this since the 8.1 upgrade for the last 3 years. Thank you!
