Hello people!

I have two problems, the first is that Windows 8.1 Pro freezes randomly and i have seen no connection of conflicting programs or anything of that sort. I have tried a clean re-install two times and the problem still occurs on Windows 8 and 8.1, but not when i went back to Windows 7. I have all the latest drivers for my laptop. I will provide my computer specs at the bottom of this post.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be?

The second problem is that my mouse randomly disconnects then reconnects. I haven't found any coincidents there either regarding when i run a specific program/game or not. Sometimes it goes a day or two without incident and sometimes multiple times a day. Same with the Windows freezing problem.
I have ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and the free version of Avast many times and they did not find anything...
