[SOLVED] Windows 8.1 Pro - SFC/DISM Bad character error 0xFFFF 0xFFFE

I'm trying to resolve myself this issue since several months wihtout success and finally I found your forum and hope you will be able to help me.

First of all I had issue with the windows Update on my Windows 8.1 Pro version x64.

I used SFCFix and had this error log :

I finally fixed the registry keys in issue with bad charset with the good awaiting full component name, after what I was able to install Windows 10 and now the scf command is now working.
