[SOLVED] Windows 8.1- Launcher DLL cannot be found on startup- SFC scan cannot repair system

Issue- Windows 8.1 Run DLL error- Launcher DLL cannot be found on startup (image below)

Option 1- Tried sfc /scannow but system unable to fix corrupt files
Option 2- Tried SFCFix.exe (https://www.sysnative.com/forums/wi...prncacla-inf-corruptions-windows-8-8-1-a.html)

This is an error caused by one of your installed programs (Pokki). I suggest you to uninstall it and reinstall it to launch the issue.
