I have installed Win 8.1 and Win 7 in my PC. I installed the Game called Watch Dogs (dreadful mistake) and the game got stuck and i restarted my PC.

When i tried booting,This was shown

Since then i was unable to boot into win 8.1 .When i boot ,it will do system repair and restart and the process continues.

Hyper V was also enabled (Didn't even use it a single time) and I don't plan to reinstalling the OS
No backup disc is made. Thou I did backup the Licence key

Here is what i tried:
Tried Booting into Safe Mode (Didn't work)

Tried system repair (Same here).
Tried refresh (but it also failed).
Tried Last Known Good Configuration (it also failed).

My PC Specs
Processor :i3 530 @ 2.93 GHz
Ram :2.00GB
OS :Windows 8.1 update 1 (64 bit)
+
Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit)
GPU :NVDIA GeForce 8400GS
Anti virus :Kaspersky AV 2014

NOTE :- I am able to boot into Windows 7

With windows 8/8.1, it has the ability to restore to factory or like new install. It may be your only option if the other 2 do not work. Have a look at this....

How to refresh, reset, or restore your PC - Windows Help

Thanks for the fast reply bassfisher6522,

The Refresh didn't work.
I can't Reset as I have lots of important files in my PC and no External Hard Disk for creating backup.
System Restore won't work as I have not created any restore point.

Please help

I can edit Windows 8.1 registry by loading hives and modify system files through windows 7.
If someone needs logs for fixing the problem, tell me which all you need and how to get it and I will post it.

Any help is appreciated

What's the actual error code?
It might be failing drive, especially if you cannot boot into safe mode.

Download and run SeaTools DOS

SeaTools for DOS | Seagate

Run all tests apart from Fix all and Advanced Tests.
