Windows 8.1 cannot install updates

Hello,
My patient is windows 8.1 laptop. It was connected to wsus server in domain but i edited registry but it doesn't work either (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate).
I've attached cbs folder and sfcfix results.

Copy the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your desktop.
Zip the copied file and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.

I've launched sfc and dism. Log in attachment.

The attachment contains the file cbs.log only.

Reboot the machine.
Check Windows Update again and report the result.
