I have succeeded in installing updates with the below procedure: 1) Ran the script: FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*11.*.mum /c "cmd /c echo Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /upfname /norestart" 2) Uninstalled mcafee virus scan 3) Installed IE11 windows 7 32-bit standalone package 4) Installed all WSUS updates 5) Re-installed Virus Scan
