[SOLVED] Windows 7 x64 Update installs other updates but not KB4480955 nor KB4480970

I even downloaded those two updates directly from Microsoft Catalog - they fail to install.

I followed your instructions to upload the CBS folder contents (but in RAR not ZIP because ZIP was over 9MB).

Hope you can help - I've tried everything I can and Windows Update still fails on these KB's.

Seems all is good again, Windows Update installed the recent failed updates - a big THANK YOU.

p.s. - Were any of these errors directly attributable to user error? I don't want to have to do this again in the future.
