[SOLVED] Windows 7 x64 update failed: KB4489878 and KB4489878.

First, 2019-03 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4489878) install failed. Error code is 80070490.
Second, 2019-03 Security update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4489878) install failed. Error code is 80070490.
This is the CBS.
Can anyone please help me with this problem?

Add Missing Package
1. Click the Start button and type cmd.exe in the search box.
2. Right-click on the cmd that comes up and select Run as administrator.
3. Once you are at the command prompt, copy/paste the following line and hit enter.

pnputil -a C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_input.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.24354_none_7ef3b2474ffb9f18\input.inf

Let me know if it says successfully installed. If it does, try to install the update. If the install fails, please zip up and attach:

C:\Windows\Inf\setupapi.dev.log
 
pnputil is successfully installed but KB4489878 and KB4474419 were failed again. I attached setupapi.dev.log.
