[SOLVED] Windows 7 x64 Update Error Code 80070490

I have 14 Windows Updates, including Windows 10, all of which fail to update singly or as a group.
Have run windows update readiness tool, done a complete purge and reset of windows update cache, ran system file checker ( could not repai all issues), ran malware programs, checked for corruption on the hard drive. Everything I did could not repair. Ran the SFCFIX tool and it is posted below, along with the CBS files link. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. TIA :)​
