I have some issues with Windows 7 x64 the programs and features page is blanc and "wmic qfe" returns no instance(s) available
Could you help me out please?

SFCFix Script

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
Save any open documents and close all open windows.
On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
SFCFix will now process the script.
Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.

SFC Scan

Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each

sfc /scannow

Wait for this to finish before you continue

copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please attach this to your next post.

Remove Update Manually
1. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, press enter
wusa /uninstall /KB:958830

4. Let me know if it says it was successful or if there are any errors.

2. Please copy this file to your desktop.
Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
3. Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To...Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
4. The file will likely be too large to upload here so please upload to a file sharing service and just provide the link here.

For those who have issues like following in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log, in the section of "Checking Package Manifests and Catalogs":
(w) CBS Catalog Expired 0x800B0101
use similar manor as in following guide to remove the issues:
Fix for Blank or Empty Windows Features List in Vista and 7 • Raymond.CC

also if there are similar issues in "Checking Component Store" of C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
remove the corresponding files from "C:\Windows\winsxs\Catalogs"

to be able to delete registry keys and "similar way for files" that are owned by the system, use the following guide:

Now windows features gets populated and also "wmic qfe" gives results
