windows 7 x64 Error 8024200D and 80070002 on update KB4534310

Hi I ve tried to install this update but failed not one but many times
I have tried over windows update and i ve downloaded standalone installer from update catalog also double-checked prerequisites
I ve tried by hard reset windows update by WuReset.bat - fail
then installed KB947821 -again fail
also installed KB4516065 - again fail
i do not know what else to do
I have done SFC Scan --result no errors
but SFCFix resulted some errors that I'm attaching
also, I attach CBS Directory

please help
