Windows 7 WU fails to install monthly cumulative updates

Hello,
I hope that someone can help me with this. I am running Win 7 Home Premium 64 bits. I noticed that the monthly updates have been failing to install for quite some time. I tried several recommended solutions with no success.

I followed the steps describes on your post inatructions:

Step #2: SFC Scan found corrupted files and repaired them successfully

Step #4:

SFCFix version 3.0.1.0 by niemiro.

Not using a script file.

ChkDsk Scan

• Click on Start - All programs - Accessories.
• Rightclick on Command-prompt and select Run as administrator.
• When command prompt opens, typ chkdsk into it, then press enter.
• Wait for this to complete.
  
• Download ListChkdskResult.exe by SleepyDude and save it on your desktop.
• Rightclick
  
  ListChkdskResult.exe and select Run as administrator. Notepad will open the file ListChkdskResult.txt on completion. (The file ListChkdskResult.txt can be found on your desktop.)
• Copy and paste this in your next reply.
