I have a Kodak Hero 4.2 printer that I can't get my driver to install on my Windows 7. Everything was just fine until I woke up to a windows update that effected both my wife and my laptops. Now we can't get our wi-fi or usb connections to work. When I try to go to control panel and and click on "ADD PRINTER" I get a DENIED ACCESS message. Kodak tech support worked on this remote and said that it was a windows issue and after 3 hours they have given up. Can someone please help me or show me what I can do to fix this. It's a shame that Microsoft know this is a problem yet I can't find one fix to this problem by them.
Thank you,
Maurice
