Hi all and thanks in advance. I have been trying for days now to upgrade my Windows 7 laptop to Windows 10 with no success. I keep receiving the error code "0x8007001f - 0x20006 the installation failed in the safe_os phase". I have tried several different sites with steps on how to mitigate this and have been unsuccessful. I tried two different media creation tools, most recent being 1909. I have also used the Microsoft update tool that fixes but doesn't fix the problem.

Running SFCFix:

SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 by niemiro.
Start time: 2019-12-18 12:21:35.992
Microsoft Windows 7 - amd64
Not using a script file.

I was able to successfully upgrade to Windows 10! May I ask what this issue was that I was running into before?
