Windows 7 - Updates Failing Since September

I was working on a Windows 7 image when I noticed that Windows Updates had been failing on it since September. I followed a bunch of steps online, stuff like renaming the software distribution folder, trying a clean boot, etc. Nothing has worked. What's more, even after doing all those things, Windows Update is only showing the September Rollups, not the November patches. In my searching for an answer, I stumbled across these forums and decided to give it a shot before.
