Attempting to update a windows 7 pro install to windows 10.
Several updates were failing to install and I was able to fix them with a bit of research. Now there are only optional updates remaining and neither of those will install. One is a driver update for an Nvidia GTS 450 (tried to install from Nvidias site as well with error) and the other is an update to internet explorer 11. These aren't the main issues though and I'm not sure if they should be focused on.
Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, but I can't update to windows 10.
Every time I get "safe_os replicate_oc" error. I've downloaded new installation media, I've run the media creation tool and attempted to do an in place upgrade.
I've run SFC and it returns that it has found errors but was unable to fix them. You can see the log for that.
I've attempted to update all hardware drivers but it is a bit of an older machine and most of them are from around 2012. Though others with the same motherboard have apparently been able to upgrade without issue. I've disconnected all extra hardware as well.
Any help with this issue would be much appreciated.

Click the Turn Windows features on or off link. This will bring up the Server Manager dialog. Note: This loads your components hive which is what we want. Please keep this dialog open while you perform the remaining steps. You can minimize it if you wish but keep it open.
Right-click on the file FRST64.exe and choose Run as administrator.
Copy and paste Package_3_for_KB2952664~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.9.6 into the Search box and click the Search Registry button.
When the scan is complete, a message will display that 'SearchReg.txt' is saved in the same folder FRST was started from. Notepad will open this file also. Close Notepad and attach the file 'SearchReg.txt' to your next reply.
Done, but one thing of notes. The Server Manager was empty when it was loaded. I gave it some time and tried it twice just in case there was some delay, not sure if that's going to cause a problem.
