Windows 7 update problem

Hi,

I have problem with windows update.

1. update is stuck on searching for updates
2. I can`t install any update manualy.

I have read to try to fix this program SFCfix, but it did not work.

Please help.

- Run the SFCfix tool and post the results in your next reply. Does the program finish ?
- When did you update your system for the last time ?
- If you have high CPU and high memory usage when searching for updates, then try this guide:

3. I don`t have problem with high memory usage but i have problem with long update. I`m tried this tutorial Search for Windows Updates takes forever? - A possible solution but i can`t install anu update manualy, always get error.
