Windows Monthly Quality Rollup fails every month.

Ran SFC scan with no issues reported

Step #3 – SURT/DISM Scan install freezes after 80% of install completed (KB947821)

Any help appreciated

The problem is that I am unable to run SURT as the install (KB947821) freezes after 80% completion.
