The Battery was not working which was maybe the reason of the disk error because all unexpected shutdowns. I cleaned all with Adware Cleaner and Malwarebyte. Also repaired the disk errors with chkdsk and bad rectors were repaired/reassigned. I ran some other tools to double check. After that, the smartinfo hasn't change. Today should arrive a new hardrive and I am planning to make a clone before installing windows 10. I just wanted to share this info with you. I really appreciate your help in fixing the update problems. maybe should be ok to do the upgrade now. I will keep this original drive as a backup/recovery. Your recommendation is welcome. Thanks Attachments Capture6.JPG 112.9 KB · Views: 3
