windows 7 to 10 error 0x80070001f -- 20006

I decided too try and upgrade too windows 10 because i havent tried in months and still couldnt work ive been trying for a year and my logs are such are down here Please help

so when I try to get windows it just says boos trace migrate data 0x8007001f

Where did you get the file fixlist.txt from which is shown in the attachment Fixlog.txt ?

Step 1:
Uninstall following programs:
- Avast Secure Browser
- Driver Booster 8
- Glary Utilities 5.167
- IObit Uninstaller 10
Reboot the machine.

Step 2:
ChkDsk Scan

• Click on Start - All programs - Accessories.
• Rightclick on Command-prompt and select Run as administrator.
• When command prompt opens, typ chkdsk into it, then press enter.
• Wait for this to complete.
  
• Download ListChkdskResult.exe by SleepyDude and save it on your desktop.
• Rightclick
  
  ListChkdskResult.exe and select Run as administrator. Notepad will open the file ListChkdskResult.txt on completion. (The file ListChkdskResult.txt can be found on your desktop.)
• Copy and paste its content in your next reply.
