Windows 7 - SURT will not complete

Aura: here we go again. Windows 7 Home Premium 64b and running SURT will not complete. Its been over 48 hrs and still " Searching For Updates On this Computer". Last time I did not wait long enough (12+ hrs) before updates were downloaded and sys working OK. I have enclosed CBS log and SFCfix log. A few errors in CBS log may cause my issue, currently t/s error issues in attached CBS log. No AV software running, all NORTON remnants removed in registry. sfc /scannow ran and status OK. Would like to update to W10 before July 29 as it free but must solve no Win Updates occurring.

aura: ran WindowsUpdateDiagnosticdiagcab and see error RC_Data Store: 0x80070057 (Root Cause). Also 50% CPU utilization, my issue very similar to another Win 7 Update issue already posted. Will t/s more using this post as guide. New package and manifest probably needed for update. Can you send new Win Update package and manifest???

Hi abro :)

Your CBS.log and CheckSUR.log doesn't show any sign of corruption, though your issue could be the one described in the guide below. Can you follow the instructions in it and see if that solves your issue?
