Welcome larrymsg. :-)

MS support says you must install KB4490628 and KB4474419 (and strongly recommends also KB4536952), restart your machine and then you can install KB4534310.
If those KBs should be already installed (i.e., you can find them in Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features - Installed Updates), ignore this message and wait for windows update experts.

hi,xilolee

Hi!

Please retry the update and attach CBS.log and C:\Windows\Inf\setupapi.dev.log.

As for your CBS folder, you may delete every file in it which has persist in the name.

Hi!

Add Missing Package

2. Right-click on the cmd that comes up and select Run as administrator.
3. Once you are at the command prompt, copy/paste the following line and hit enter.
pnputil -a C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_tsprint.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.24514_none_caa5440a750cd27e\tsprint.inf

If you get a warning about the driver not being signed, please install it anyway.
