[SOLVED] windows 7 sp1 x64 error 80070490

Add Missing Package
1. Click the Start button and type cmd.exe in the search box.
2. Right-click on the cmd that comes up and select Run as administrator.
3. Once you are at the command prompt, copy/paste the following line and hit enter.
pnputil -a C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_atiilhag.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_019357585ef99a63\atiilhag.inf

Let me know if it says successfully installed. If it does, try to install SP1. If the SP1 install fails, please zip up and attach:

C:\Windows\Inf\setupapi.dev.log

This is perfectly normal as this is a lengthy process.
