Windows 7 shut down instead of sleep - cannot wake from sleep

I've been doing some cleanup and mainly moved files, deleted a bunch of empty temp files on a drive (named like this: 1416_214623476_MVM_9.tmp), and uninstalled a few programs.
Now every time I set the computer to go to sleep it won't wake up and I have to hit the power button which starts it from a full reboot.
Hoping that you folks can once again help me diagnose this issue.
Attached is the powercfg query
Available sleep states are S1 and S3

Thanks!!

Nope and I apologize for not updating this post. I found the issue.
I started unpluging USB devices and found out that my old HTC phone that I always have plugged in was suddenly causing issues.
Found an updated driver and I seem to be good now. No clue as to why it started all the sudden, but whatever.
Thanks for the help, though!
