Windows 7 "Restart to install updates" loop

Hey everyone,

my win7 asks me always for an reboot to install an update. There was no update to install. I've tryed to use the fixit-tool, but reboot are still there.
I dont have an reg-key "reboot..." under the Auto update folder.

Can anyone help me?
