Hi all & a Happy New Year.

I'm trying to upgrade my machine from Windows 7 Pro x64 to Windows 10 Pro x64 but it is failing after the first reboot. I'm using a USB drive created from the latest version on the Media Creation Tool (MediaCreationTool1909.exe).

Once the process is kicked of I can go through the options and after starting it off with upgrade keeping settings and apps it starts the first step. This gets to 100% and reboots, on the next step it gets to 15% and reboots again.

From there I get a message saying changes made are being rolled back, or words to that effect. Once I can log back on I get the message We couldn't install Windows 10. We've set the PC back to the way it was...

The error code and message is 0x8007001F - 0x20006
The installation has failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

As per the posting instructions I've attached the required logs.

Hi and thanks for your response. The CheckSUR.log is in the .7z file on the first post, along with the rest of the CBS folder.

Thank you.

 1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
 2. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
 3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
 4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
 5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
 6. SFCFix will now process the script.
 7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
 8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put

tags around the log to break up the text.

Afterwards, please run System Update Readiness Tool again and attach CheckSUR.log.

I've used the script in SFCFix and attached the SFCFix.txt log. SURT took a bit of time to run but it's done now and I've attached the CBS folder in the .7z again.

Thanks.
