Windows 7 Pro x64 update failure KB4467107 - Error details: Code 80071A90

I have a problem with installing KB4467107 update, when installation completed, prompts for restart and after rebooting showing the screen update failure reverting changes.

I went through all 4 first steps from "Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions" but no errors found on each step.
