[SOLVED] Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64 KB4474419 and KB4516065 install fails

Hi,
KB4474419 and KB4516065 update install fails and give me "Failure Configuring Windows Updates, Reverting Changes" error near end of install process.
Windows Update Troubleshooter gives 0x80070057 error code.
SFC Scan did not find anything.
