Hello, I am also seeking help for my windows refuses to update. I was having the issue "Please restart pc, because the following updates are being by other programs" . NO matter how many times I restart it keeps saying the same thing. Last updates where installed 9/11/2014. Yesterday out of frustration and experimenting I manually downloaded, and installed "HOTFIX FOR WINDOWS(KB947821). Now it just keeps "Searching for any new updates" . Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
