Windows 7 Optical drive ATA Divice problem

My Windows 7 64bits, don't recognized the optical unit , ATA divice or External USB optical unit, always a yellow sign on device manager

Did you try the Hardware devices are not working or are not detected in Windows Fix It tool?

Yes , windows said a new hardware was detected and start to install , but at the end, show this the device can't be installed properly , any internal or external USB optical drive

Create a restore point and then follow the instructions for Your CD drive or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows or other programs. Those instructions are for XP, but they still apply to later versions of Windows.

Did your computer used to recognize this optical drive and suddenly it stopped? Have you tried that same drive in another computer?
