Hello everyone, I have a confusing situation here, CheckSUR "fixes" all 97 issues but they seem to come right back, I am getting this 8024200D Windows update error for KB's 4048957, 4462923, and one or two others. SFCFix claims that all 97 errors are still there, and the Windows update error persists. SFC /scannow comes back with no problems every time, I've tried manual installation since the error MS update is throwing at me claims that there is a problem with downloading the file. Tried all the various fixes, troubleshooting windows updates, renaming Catroot2 and SoftwareDistribution etc. Nothing helps, I know it just needs some expertise and it's beyond me. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello! Apologies for the delay!

Install Update with DISM

  1. Download this update and save to your desktop. The file name will be Windows6.1-KB3207752-x64.cab.zip.
  2. Right-click on this file and select Extract All... Click the Extract button. You can close the folder window that opens
  3. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  4. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator. Go ahead and allow if you receive the UAC prompt.
  5. Copy and paste the following command into the command prompt window and press enter.

    dism /online /add-package /packagepath:%userprofile%\desktop\Windows6.1-KB3207752-x64.cab
  6. You should receive the message:
    The operation completed successfully.
Restart Windows to complete this operation. <---You may not get this line.
Do you want to restart the computer now (Y/N)? <---You may not get this line.

Go ahead and do so if prompted. Let me know what errors if any come up. If you do get errors, please zip/attach your CBS.log

So far so good, DISM import completed successfully, rebooted and then checked for updates, installed the two monthly quality rollups without a hitch. Now attempting to install the two optional monthly quality rollups. Will get back to you if any other problems arise. Thanks again for all your help, didn't mean to sound impatient as I understand you are handling many requests.
