windows 7 hang than blue screen

my pc getting blue screen error many time in a day last two days ..

i was not install any new driver , i was thinking its may be windows problem
so i install new fresh windows 7 but same error after some hour

i check ram taste also using memtest86 but not error found

many time computer mouse stuck also alt+ctr+del also stop working and deskop shortcut also become invisible except recycle bin and my computer

please help me .. i done all thing from my side which i can do .. but still my pc getting blue screen error every hour

Dumps indicate that your hard drive may be bad/failing.

If HDD, run SeaTools for DOS, LONG test - https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutorials/4072-hard-drive-hdd-diagnostics.html

If SSD, check manufacturer's support site for firmware upgrade.
