Windows 7 - Error 80070BC9 help request

My computer was interrupted during a Window Update - since then it has been unable to complete the update process and is giving an error # 80070BC9 message.

I have used WinThurster to repair registry issues and have followed the protocol to run SURT and CBS as prescribed in the tech cookbook fix suggestions. I've attached the logs and zip files from the related steps...

Any guidance would be appreciated!

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately the amount of errors being identified by SURT are to many to try and repair:

  CSI Missing Deployment Key Total count: 1
  CSI Corrupt Component Keyform Total count: 6
  CSI Missing Identity Total count: 141
  CSI C Mark Deployment Not Marked Total count: 5
  CSI Missing Winning Component Key Total count: 8

If this many files are missing the damage can often be more extensive that SURT is detecting for now. For this many errors to appear inside a registry hive it is normally an indication of failing memory (RAM). Please follow the instructions for url=https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutorials/3909-test-ram-with-memtest86.html]MemTest86+[/url], for atleast 10 passes. Let me know the results.
