Windows 7, can't install Internet Explorer 10 or 11, 9C59

Hello, I hope that somebody can help me. I can't install Internet Explorer 10 or 11, always getting error 9C59 while updating. I've ran system system update readiness tool and attached CheckSUR.persist.log, hopefully that will help to solve this problem.

Hello Ted, I am also experiencing the same problems except Win 10 is installed yet there is another update for Win 10, along with a Win 11 update, which will not install. I Googled the problem and received a link to this forum. Unfortunately, I notice you have yet to receive a response so I think I will continue my search. In the meantime I will include the link to my post in the Microsoft community and the assistance I received there. Although I tried everything suggested to no avail, perhaps you will find something that will help you solve your IE 10 & 11 update issues. Also, I came across a Microsoft article that states there are required prerequisite updates for Win 11. I have not checked the article's list of updates against my installed updates as yet but certainly intend to do so, especially since this was also mentioned by a member of Microsoft community.
