Wow.. where the heck did you find that manifest file if you don't mind me asking? I've been searching high and low for that file - on multiple computers, virtual machines and many, many downloads. Well, that makes my life easier, since you've done that step for me!

Hi Stephen, many thanks for the post and the files. I managed to find the manifest file on my laptop which has SP1 installed and also by chance has a version of Visual Studio so it sounds like I got completely lucky with that one !!!
The repair file has fixed a couple of errors but I'm now left with this ...
