Hi,
I spent a lot of time on forums, and it seams to me that Sysnative is the more helpful to people with Windows Update issues.
I just got a second hand laptop that spent more than 2 years in a box. I had to change the keyboard and the LCD inverter.
Now I'm done with materials, I try to set all the softwares up to date.
I made several updates with Windows Update utility, but I keep experiencing the same errors while trying to install the SP1.
In the CBS logs, among other stuff, there are mentions of registry query failure and an unfound rdpcorekmts.dll . Here is my CBS folder.
SFC Scan didn't returned any corruption.
SFCFix returned
SURT launched the installation of KB947821.
Just in case this could help, I run a Home Premium Edition.
I wish you could help me with this problem. I will do my best to give you all the details you may need. Just ask !
Thanks in advance,
Thibault
