Hi,

May I get some help here with failed update on my Windows 7 64 bit please?

Update failed code 80073712, with failed update on KB3033889.

1 and 2.jpeg is the update fail screenshot.
3 and 4.jpeg is log files.

pls kindly advise what I can do in order to fix the error. I just want to upgrade to windows 10.

Hi and welcome to Sysnative. If your intention is to upgrade to Windows 10 you should be able to do that right now and the issue you are having should be resolved.

Please download the Media Creation Tool and save to your desktop.
Run the tool and choose to upgrade the PC now. If prompted if you wish to save everything please answer yes.
