Windows 7 (64) wont update

I have tried to fix this problem without success and need some help.
I have run the fix and uploaded the cbs file and the sfcfix file.

This tool will take some time to complete - when it has finished, attach C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log with your reply.

I ran the KB947821 and it completed ok.
I'll include the cbs file.

it took the readiness update ok, but it found 180 updates but it never download any, just stalls out.

Please download and install the following update: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3177467
After that has completed, download and install this update rollup: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3172605

When that is complete, check for Windows Updates.

If either update fails to install, zip and attach C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
If the zip is larger than 8MB use a file sharing service such as OneDrive, DropBox, SendSpace, etc. and include the link with your reply.
