[SOLVED] Windows 7 32bit updates failure

Hello there i have found some threads on this forum about this problem but the solution was specified for the topic starter.
I need to install all W7 updates which were never installed on this PC, but the special SW is installed here for the photo service so i cant do a clean install.
Many USB flash drives with customers data are used here so slaped my head when i saw totaly unupdated PC.

But.

Im getting failures when attempting to install updates at the and of restart proces. If i update one by one. Some are getting installed some not.
It fails with error 8007000D. One time there was also 800f0826. Im still having 82 important + some optional. The most important anyway fails all the time.
I tried all google suggestions like to delete SoftwareDownload folder or all possible fixes in command or troubleshooting...

Here is my CBS, im not sure if its enought. Yesterday i saw more data there. There was some error HRESULT = 0x800f0805 – CBS_E_INVALID_PACKAGE at every non installed update.
Im getting u also some data from registry backup u asked in other thread.

BTW SFC scan, SFC fix and DISM scan found no errors....

Hey there, yes please. That PC is still not fully updated. I just updated one by one about 150/180 updates, the other still ends with that error.
I will get that PC for weekend and ill get another try to solve the problem.

!!! WARNING !!! The following fix is only relevant for this system and no other, applying this fix on another computer will not work and most likely will cause problems...
  • Download SFCFix.exe (by Niemiro) and save it to the Desktop
  • Download the file R4nger.zip and save this to your Desktop
  • On your Desktop, make sure you have the two files:
    myjIXnC.png
    SFCFix.exe and
    sfpcJCen14An3ndjNGCI7mByhjHJud.png

Thanks for the log. Now lets use SUR to fix some of the errors reported on the initial logs and see if it finds more problems or not...


System Update Readiness Tool (SUR)
  • Download the System Update Readiness Tool (x86) and save it to some place, its a big download and eventually we need to run it several times, please keep the file
  • Run the tool. Its like an Update but it can take a long time to do the work. You will get an Installation Complete screen when it's done running
  • Please attach to your post the log from the following location: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
    Note:     If the file is too big please Zip it and upload the ZIP file to a service like Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive or upload to SendSpace and just provide the link for the file here.

Locate the log c:\Windows\logs\cbs\CBS.log copy the file to the Desktop, Zip it and attach to your post.

Sorry I need to have the complete CBS folder...


Export the CBS folder
  1. Click the Start button
    Win7Orb.gif
    then click Computer.
  2. Double-click on the C: drive, under the Hard Disk Drives category, and then scroll down to, and double click on the Windows folder.
  3. Find and double click on the Logs folder.
  4. Right-click on the CBS folder, and select Copy.
  5. Go back to your Desktop, right-click on it, and select Paste. You should now see a copy of the CBS folder appear on your Desktop called CBS.
  6. Right-click on this new folder, and navigate through Send to, and select Compressed (zipped) folder.
  7. A new file, also called CBS (CBS.zip), but this time with a different icon, will be created.
  8. Attach this to your next post please, if the file is too big please upload the file to a service like Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive or upload to SendSpace and just provide the link for the file here.

Try to install only one Update and report the result. I need to know the exact error code.

After the error please upload a new copy of the CBS.log like you did before.
 
Install in Windows works fine, problem is when finishing update through the restart, it fails at the end. Always reverting changes. If u mean error code in WU historz, so its 8007000D
 
KB2871997, but so many other updates ends with this error, like montly rollup update.
Here are updates which i cannot install and the most of them with error code 8007000D the others with 800F0826
