[SOLVED] Windows 22H2 22621.1105 will not update

I have read a bunch of threads on here and really think you guys may be my only option.

Windows Update has been failing for a while with various error codes.

sfc /scannow returns with no errors

dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth gets to 84.5% before stopping and dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth quits at 20.5%

Attached are COMPONENTS / dism.log / CBS.log

I attempted to run ComponentScanner, but as it's an insider build, it won't run.

After messing around for hours on this, I somehow got 23H2 22631.3155 to install.. Now DISM is not giving errors when run. No idea what I did to fix it, but we got past the issues.
