Thank you for this forum. It's really useful, it's a pity that microsoft don't go so far.
The matter is I have pending updates that no install. I have prove many things due to this forum, but I'm stuck.

I've got this errors in cbs.log:
Code:
2019-01-30 12:26:52, Info CBS Not able to add SCM.EVM to Windows Error Report. [HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND]

Checking System Update Readiness.

(p) CBS MUM Corrupt Package_383_for_KB2962409~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3.1.2
(w) CBS Watchlist Package Missing 0x80070490 WinPE-SRT-Package-TouchKeyboard~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~tr-TR~0.0.0.0 Packqge_for_KB2932046~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3.1.5

So I guess I need to do something like dism with the KB2962409.msu package.
Am I right?

I think I've fixed the error with the Package 383 because in the last cbs.log it doesn't appear. I have copied good files to servicing packages replacing the corrupts files.
I'm gonna to try to fix the CBS watchlist error.

Investigating by my own. In the cbs.log I have this :
Code:
(w) CBS Watchlist Package Missing 0x80070490 WinPE-SRT-Package-TouchKeyboard~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~tr-TR~0.0.0.0 Packqge_for_KB2932046~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3.1.5
And in the registry I've got the next value
Code:
Packqge_for_KB2932046~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3.1.5
It seems an character error. Isn't?
Should I remove the value?

Retrieve Components Hive
1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
2. Please copy this file to your desktop.
Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
3. Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To...Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
4. The file will likely be too large to upload here so please upload to a file sharing service and just provide the link here.

Capture Process Monitor Trace
1. Download and run Process Monitor. Leave this running while you perform the next steps.
2. Try installing the update just like you have in the past.
3. Stop Process Monitor as soon as it fails. You can simply do this by clicking the magnifying glass on the toolbar as shown below.

4. Select the File menu...Save... and save the file to your desktop. This is likely the default location. The name (unless changed) will be LogFile.PML. This is fine.
5. Zip up and attach the LogFile.PML file as well as your CBS.log

I can not copy components file, even rebooting the system more than 2 times, system got it open always.
Now in the server administration window appears "cannot get role and feature data server"
Installing the update takes too long that the procmon stucks.
Any alternative?

I need a fresh copy of your CBS folder as well and the error code.

COMPONENTS hive:

Option#2 (only if you are unable to follow the previous instructions)

  • Please download the Freeware RegBak from here: Acelogix Software - Download products
You will find it at the bottom of the page that the link brings you to.
  • Go ahead and install this program and accept all the defaults. After the last install screen the program should open.
  • Click the New Backup button. Accept the defaults and simply click Start.
  • When it says Finished successfully, click the Close button.
  • This will bring you back to the main screen of the program. You will see one entry in this list with the date that you did it. Right-click on this line-item and select Explore Backup...
  • This will bring you into the folder where the backup was made. You should see a Users folder and a Windows folder along with a couple other files. Double-click on the Windows folder to open it. Then open the System32 folder and then config folder. You should see around 6 files in here, one of which is named COMPONENTS.
  • Copy the COMPONENTS file to your Desktop. If the COMPONENTS file does not exist, please fetch it instead from C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS.
  • Now right-click on the COMPONENTS file that is on your desktop and select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
  • Then please upload the zip file (COMPONENTS.zip) to your favourite file sharing website (it will be too big to upload here). Examples of services to upload to are Filedropper or One Drive or SendSpace and then just provide the link in your reply.
  • You can close any open windows you have as well as the RegBak program now.

FRST Registry Search
1. Click your Start button and choose Control Panel.
2. In the upper right corner ensure the View by: is set to Category.
3. Select the Programs group.
4. Click the Turn Windows features on or off link. This will bring up the Windows Features dialog. Wait until this dialog populates with information. If this does not happen for some reason, please continue with the steps anyway.
Note: This loads your components hive which is what we want. Please keep this dialog open while you perform the remaining steps.
5. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
6. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
7. Copy and paste
KB2962409 into the Search box and click the Search Registry button.
8. When the scan is complete a notepad window will open with the results. Please attach this to your next reply. It is saved on your desktop named SearchReg.txt.
9. You may close any remaining open windows now.

Step#1 - FRST Fix
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
1. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
2. Download attached file and save it to the Desktop.
Note. It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
3. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
4. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
5. When finished FRST64 will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.
6. Try updates and if any fail, attach CBS.log.
