I've been told if I can't get help here that this is the end of the line lol

I have a Windows 2012 server that has not been able to get and install updates since October. I have put off troubshooting until recently becuase of teh holiday's and since this is a production server my time windows are limited. I have tried just about every trick and fix I know and every fix on almost ever forum. I think the isue is deeper than I know how to go.

I can run Windows Update nd it finds the needed updates but the installation fails (after several days) or just spins at "Installing or Downloading forever) I even tried a 35K update by itself and it never finishes.

My CBS log folder can be found here http://criio.com/temp/cbs.zip

I ran the SFCFix.exe and it took 10 seconds and came back with nothing found.

I of course ran the System Update REadiness tool
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

and the sfc /scannow

but the windows updates still fail.

I even tried manually downloading on e of the updates in the list to install and it says it is already installed. I take this as meaning there is something more going on.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions
Jason

I just realized that I was looking at the results of the sfc and not the SFCFix..

Here is this

Code:
Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 6.2.9200.16384

Image Version: 6.2.9200.16384

[==========================100.0%==========================]

Error: 14005

The manifest file contains one or more syntax errors.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

The link for this is http://criio.com/temp/dism.zip

thanks again

With the windows update file, I was not able to expand. I also tried Unblocking in the file properties. I tried downloading twice and then a 3rd time on another PC and the same message.
