Windows 11 Updates failing with Install Error 0x80070246

Windows Updates are failing with the below errors. Previously had failing RAM sticks that I've just replaced. I've tried a few of the standard steps that I found online regarding stop and starting services, running the troubleshooter, clearing the cache with no success.

Also of note running the DISM step results in "The name of an attribute in an identity is not within the legal range." as well.
