[SOLVED] Windows 11 Update KB5025239 fails with Error 0x800f0988

Hello everyone,

i am struggling to get this update to work. Tried the common solutions found by googeling the error like
[B]dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup[/B]
but without any success.

Never had any windows update troubles on this machine.

I hope you can help me out.

Hello again,

meanwhile i tried to perform a inplace upgrade using the windows 11 media creation tool. After the process the update is still not installed but now fails with the code 0XC1900401.

I am absolutely at a loss what to do now. I attached the current files to this post.

Out of nowhere all updates seem to be fine. The inplace upgrade somehow did actually fix it.
