Windows 11 Update Error: 0x800700c1 :servicingstack...

Hey, I noticed a few days ago that my Windows Update is no longer working.
I even contacted Windows Support with a clear error message that i found, but nothing came of it.
Finally, I tried to do an inplace update, but this aborts.

DISM errors:
Image version: 10.0.22621.1702


Error: 193

%1 is not a valid Win32 application.

SFC /Scannow

Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

CBS Error: Failed to initialize the Core DLL: C:\WINDOWS\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-servicingstack_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.22621.1771_none_e92b991042f36e5c\\cbscore.dll [HRESULT = 0x800700c1 - E RROR_BAD_EXE_FORMAT]

Step 1. Download

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.

• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
• Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
• Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

• SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
• Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
• Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
