Having these issues since I updated my hard drive:

1. 2024-05 .NET 6.0.31 Security Update for x64 Client (KB5039843)
   Install error - 0x80070643
   
   
2. 2023-10 Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057)
   Download error - 0x80040154

Step #1
sfc /scannow gives me

Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

Step #2
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth gives me

Error: 0x80040154

Class not registered

The DISM log file can be found at C:\windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log
